The task
The drill
This is not a knowledge test. Everything you need is on this page. It tests one thing: whether you follow a written procedure exactly.
Part of this job is filing a session log at the end of every shift. Below is a procedure for filing one, and the device data for a single evening. Follow the procedure and paste your finished log entry into the answer box.
Standing instruction — this one matters most. If anything below is unclear, or two things contradict each other, do not guess and do not pick whichever seems more likely. Say so in the FLAGS section and write down what you would ask. Working around a problem quietly is the one habit that causes real damage in this job. We would much rather you stop and ask.
The device data
Reference table for the evening of 4 August 2026. It is listed here in device-ID order.
| Device | Persona handle | Proxy IP | Tonight | |---|---|---|---| | PH-01 | @quietcoastkate | 154.28.90.117 | Warmup day 6. No posts. | | PH-02 | @m.bellweather | 154.28.90.204 | Posting normally. 3 posts. | | PH-03 | @thedailyfern | 45.133.12.88 | Warmup day 2. No posts. | | PH-04 | @arbor.and.ash | 45.133.12.19 | Posting normally. 1 post. | | PH-05 | @j_ortega_films | 154.28.90.61 | Warmup day 4. 2 posts published. | | PH-06 | @nine.mile.co | 45.133.12.240 | Posting normally. 4 posts. |
From the account handling rules you were given in training:
A device in warmup (day 1 through day 7) must not publish posts. A device that is publishing
posts is active, not in warmup.
The procedure
Follow these seven steps in order.
1. Your first line is exactly this, with your own first name at the end:
SESSION LOG — 2026-08-04 — OPERATOR: <your first name>
2. Then list all six devices, one per line, including the ones with nothing to report.
3. Sort that list alphabetically by persona handle, A to Z, ignoring the leading @. Do not use the device-ID order the table above happens to be in.
4. Write each device line in exactly this format, with a space either side of each bar:
PH-00 | @handle | STATUS
STATUS is the single word WARMUP or the single word ACTIVE, in capitals.
5. Do not put any proxy IP address anywhere in your answer.
6. After the six device lines, add a section that begins with a line containing exactly FLAGS: — then anything you need to raise, one per line. If you have nothing to raise, write none under it.
7. Make the last line of your answer a single line containing only the word ORCHID.
That is the whole drill. Take your time and check it against the seven steps before you submit.
Aim for 300–600 words. 0 words
